Fulfilment of Orders:
All of our home fragrance products are handmade and poured by us in house! We therefore advise a 3-5 working day dispatch time. Where possible we will dispatch orders before the advised timescales.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by emailing us at
If your order has already been fulfilled we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case, please refer to our returns policy below.
Shipping Service:
All orders placed with Dragonfly & Co will be shipped via Royal Mail. We will obtain proof of postage for all parcels.
Local Delivery:
We offer a local delivery service within 5 miles of Market Harborough. 
EcoVillage Market Harborough Collection:
If you are local to Market Harborough, you can collect your order from The EcoVillage on St.Mary's Road! Perfect to stop off and stock up on your refills, fruit and veg, have a spot of lunch and have a browse of all the stalls from other local small businesses!
We will let you know when your order is available for collection!
If you wish to return an item they must be:
- Unopened and unused
- Still in original packaging and in perfect condition
- Returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order
Please email us at to let us know your reason for return and so we know to look out for it.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect and check that they meet the above points. Once inspected, we will issue your refund and email you to advise that this has been completed. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Broken Item/s:
We ensure that orders are packed with the utmost care and attention. However, we rely on the postal services to handle your deliveries with care when in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we will replace any broken item/s. Please email us at with photos of each item as soon as you receive this and we will send out a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a full refund to the value of the item will be issued to you.
Lost Shipment:
If you have not received your item within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at and we will look into the whereabouts of your delivery. 
If the location cannot be identified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Items in our 'Perfectly Imperfect' range are also non-refundable unless broken on delivery. All items in this range have been thoroughly quality assessed and any minor imperfections will not impact the use of the product.
